Find IFSC Code, MICR Code & Branch details for all banks in India
IFSC (Indian Financial System Code) is an 11-character alphanumeric code that uniquely identifies a bank branch in India. It is used for NEFT, RTGS and IMPS transactions.
You can find your IFSC code on your cheque book, bank passbook, or by searching above using your bank name and city. IFSC is also printed on your debit/credit card.
MICR (Magnetic Ink Character Recognition) is a 9-digit code used to identify the location of a bank branch. It appears at the bottom of cheques.
NEFT works in batches, RTGS is for large amounts (₹2L+) in real time, IMPS works 24x7 instantly. All require the IFSC code of the recipient's bank branch.
